Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

·  Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
·  Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
·  Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
·  Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
·  Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
·  Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
·  Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
·  Perform other duties as assigned.

·  Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
