Key Responsibilities

·  Complete care of the bar station, cleaning, and preparation for service
·  Mise en place for aperitifs
·  Accurate and timely recording of transactions in the MICROS system
·  Collaboration with the Bar Manager

Requirements

·  Knowledge of table service
·  Knowledge of classic cocktails (I.B.A.)
·  Minimum experience in wine service
·  Previous experience in luxury hotel/restaurant establishments
