W Sydney, is now casting for a Beverage and Food Extraordinaires to fill the role of Waiting Talent within our Banquets team. We are looking for charismatic extraordinaire with a magnetic personality that draws people into the world of luxury. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

W Sydney is seeking passionate Banquets Waiting Talent to deliver our signature Whatever/Whenever service, ensuring seamless and memorable event experiences for our guests and clients. Join us at W Sydney and be part of a team that transforms events into unforgettable experiences! This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·  Create Memorable Guest Experiences - Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
·  Execute Service with Precision -  Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, confidently accommodate dietary requirements, and ensure timely, high‑quality service.
·  Set the Scene for Exceptional Events -  Assist with the setup, reset, and presentation of banquet and event spaces, maintaining a refined and professional atmosphere at all times.
·  Be a Confident Menu Ambassador -  Maintain strong knowledge of menus and beverage offerings to assist guests with recommendations and answer questions with confidence.
·  Work as One Team -  Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure smooth service flow and successful event delivery.
·  Perform Under Pressure -  Adapt quickly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and service excellence.
·  Maintain Health, Safety & Hygiene Standards -  Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
