Qualifications :

What would you be doing
·  Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations
·  Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
·  Prepare and set up function rooms prior to the event, service of event, cleaning and clearing at the end of the event
·  Use of POS system
·  Ensure all service areas are immaculate
·  Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
·  Promote safety and support WHS practices

Who we're looking for
·  Previous experience in food & beverage, ideally in a hotel environment
·  Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
·  Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
·  Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
