Qualifications :

Berners Tavern are looking for a driven, talented and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the Berners Tavern Management team and be responsible for the daily operations in the restaurant.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager your responsibilities will include:

·  Assist the front of house team with serving and hosting on the floor during peak times.
·  Assist in management of the Restaurant Team.
·  Conducting Day-to-Day Restaurant Operation; to include opening and closes Restaurant shifts.
·  Providing exceptional guest service and handling guest problems and complaints when needed.
·  Supervisors and delivering department specific trainings.
·  Coaching employees regarding performance on an on-going basis.

This gastronomic gem under the direction of Executive Chef Jason Atherton boasts 140 covers, serving guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
