Key Position Requirement:
·  The ideal candidate must have an outgoing and pleasant personality with skill to deal with guest situations and complaint resolution.
·  Provide professional and personalized service to all guests, VIP's, Long Stay guests and repeat guests.
·  To be proactive in ensuring the guest satisfaction delivered in highest standard for the service.
·  Must be approachable, sociable and well presented.
·  Has 2-3 experience with the same role in a 5* International Hotel
·  Must be proficient with computers and familiar with Opera/Micros system.
