Desired profile

Qualifications :

We are looking for a talented hands-on leader to join us as Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire Housekeeping operation across Aloft including Laundry.

You will be setting up the department from scratch and building your team to create amazing guest experiences.

You will be required to have extensive knowledge of Housekeeping operations including work towards brand standards and have the ability to lead and motivate your team. Finance knowledge of P&L and cost management is also important. Pre opening experience would be an advantage.
