An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Front Office Manager has arisen at London's most iconic hotel. If you are a talented professional, passionate about creating extraordinary experiences, then St Pancras could be the perfect hotel for you.

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in administering Front Office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Front office areas include Switchboard and Front Desk.

Here's a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:

-Assists the Front Office Manager leading the hotels Front Office team, to ensure a five star luxury lifestyle service for our VIP clientele.

- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

-Ensures unique and fabulous service for our guests to experience our unique hotel

We'll be hiring a candidate that has:

· Sustained and proven experience in a similar quality, five-star, lifestyle, high volume environment

· Demonstrable skills in hospitality

·  A strong knowledge of lifestyle and luxury hotel standards with evidence of successful implementation of high level service and product standards
