Position responsible for assigned food and beverage operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals.
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be a Food and Beverage professional who will support in the management our prestigious Food and Beverage department at our iconic property at the home of English Rugby.
The Manager will have exceptional experience in planning for running large scale events involving high volume and high quality food and beverage offerings within multiple outlets such as our Restaurant, 6 x Pitch View Suites, Mobile Bars, Room Service and our Café Lounge Bar.
The right individual will have an extraverted personality combined with excellent hosting skills and an ability to deliver highly personalised service. The right person will naturally take full ownership of all food and beverage outlets at the property.
