As Assistant Cluster DHR for the Golf & Country Clubs you will support with leading and delivering on all aspects of the HR for the following properties:
- Forest of Arden
- Worsley Park
- St Pierre
- Breadsall Priory
- Tudor Park

The Assistant Cluster DHR will have a dual report line to the Cluster DHR and the Cluster General Manager. This role will support the strategy development and contributes a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for the Cluster ensuring operating consistencies and synergies cross cluster. Supporting the Cluster DHR and GM responsible for the cluster he/she will be accountable for and contribute to the delivery and implementation of strategies - talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management, Engagement and development for property employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute brand/business service strategy/initiatives and business objectives in the most efficient manner. Additionally, he/she utilizes the agreed Human Resource business plan aligned with business objectives and Balanced Scorecard for the Cluster to deliver HR services that enable business success across all the hotels. Contributing to multiple leadership teams, he/she executes strategies across properties that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customer and property employees and provide a return on investment to the owner and broader organizational interests while implementing and maintaining efficiencies in a cluster.
