Job Summary

This role supports building, maintaining and growing the relationships between the Company and its guests. This position provides a key contact and one stop resolution for the most valuable guests.

Acting as a dedicated contact for the guest, the Ambassador will proactively ensure that all stays at the properties meet the individual needs of the customer. The Ambassadors will build a business relationship with the member in order to best understand and fulfill their preferences.

Using independent judgment, the Ambassador is expected to work on behalf of the guest to fulfill requests and resolve issues. Ambassadors receive calls, emails, faxes and other communications from high value customers and their representatives, hotel staff, and other associates.

Ambassadors make reservations, arrange and research special requests for guest in stay as well as out of stay. The ambassador works with partners, hotels, and vendors to secure any arrangements needed by the guest. Ambassadors have the empowerment to use their discretion and good judgment to make decisions that affect their guest and our company.
Skills Requirement

·  Good command of spoken and written English
·  Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, internet and email applications
·  Willing to take shift duty including weekend and public holidays
·  Enjoy working together as a team and possess initiative to take care of things
·  Multi-task handling skill, can work under high pressure environment
