Has overall responsibility for effectively running the General Manager’s diary, maintain calendar, prioritise requests, serve as a liaison to ensure the entire schedule and reporting deadlines are followed and maintained. Able to undertake all administrative duties connected with the running of the Executive Office.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, events and appointments, whilst ensuring diaries were well maintained
· Replying to emails, filtering mail, creating mail systems to coordinate GM’s agenda
· Screen and handle phone calls, incoming emails, faxes and posts
· Oversee travel requests, amenities, transfers and reservations
· Follow-up on report submissions and liaise with stakeholders for timely actioning
· Taking minutes for meetings
· Maintain an efficient filing system both hard and soft copies

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other requested reasonable job duties.
