Job Summary

You will be responsible for sorting, coding and uploading suppliers invoices into the Navision Accounting system. You will be processing all hotel bank accounts into the General ledger. We require knowledge of Czech language, because you are having correspondence with hotel suppliers and your respond to their inquiries and payment reminders.
You are very important person during the month end closing and audits - without you it will be not possible. Interesting part is reconciling of accounts payable transactions and preparation and processing electronic transfers and payment and definitely preparation of financial statements such as Kontrolní hlášení.
It will be beneficial basic knowledge of accounting in the Czech Republic.
