Within our Colleague Services Team in Salford Quays, sits our Recruitment Administration Team who support all areas of the business, including stores, distribution and our offices. We are looking for confident, adaptable and organised people to join the Team, where they will deliver first-class services to Candidates, Hiring Managers and our in-house Recruitment Teams.

We are looking for people who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and who are able to confidently manage Teams across the business who have significant recruitment priorities.

This role will give you fantastic exposure to a busy in-house recruitment team, working closely with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Managers across multiple areas of the business. We have also recently been listed in ‘LinkedIn Top 20 Companies' and the ‘Times Top 50 Employers for Women’.

About the Role

What you will be doing:

·  Working directly with the Recruitment Managers to deliver an efficient, quality service to Candidates and Hiring Managers
·  Provide accurate and timely advice and resolve internal and external queries via telephone and e-mail
·  Develop positive working relationships with key Teams across the business, building credibility and trust
·  Creating and managing complex vacancy tracking/management information spreadsheets
·  Support the team with allocation of daily workflow tasks, working in line with daily productivity expectations
·  Ensure compliance requirements are met so we are audit ready
·  Our Colleague Services Support Center is open to support Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm. A full-time contract will see you working 37.5 hours a week and covering a rotating shift pattern (8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm and 10am – 6pm). There will be a requirement for you to work some bank holidays throughout the year, but these will be shared evenly with the rest of your Team

About You

Your skills and experience will include:

·  Confident managing people at all levels across the business
·  Forward thinking and at ease working in an environment that can move very quickly
·  Digitally focused and can use Microsoft applications, especially Excel
·  Able to communicate in a clear and simple way, both spoken and written
·  Flexible and open minded, always looking for new ways to improve
·  Driven to do the right thing and want to make every moment special
·  Enjoys a one team approach (we love to support other teams in Colleague Services if needed!)
