We are looking for someone to join our P2P invoice processing team, within the BSC, monitors supplier GNFR invoices currently processed through a OCR invoicing solution. The team also process adjustments on supplier accounts to ensure M&S are compliant with GSCOP and payment performance requirements and additionally works to ensure Provisional VAT is maintained alongside assistance in property and utility processing. The team is a critical part of the continuing operations of M&S.

Each day invoices are monitored for our GNFR services, the successful candidate will ensure PO invoice and adjustments are processed for the business, assist in cover for the Provisional VAT monitoring and also support the team in direct invoice, utilities and property. Attention to detail is key to success within this role.

About the role - Your key accountabilities will include

• Processing of M&S adjustments, GNFR, Food, C&H etc

• Assistance in invoice processing for GNFR

• Cover for the PROV VAT invoice monitoring, utilities and property

For Internal secondments:

Upon completion of your interim appointment our intention would be for you to return to your previous role, where this is not possible the job that you return to will be at least the same level as the one you left

About you - Your skills and experience will include

• Prior experience of using SAP ECC and invoice or adjustment processing is desirable

• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Confident telephone manner, liaising with difficult stakeholders

• Ability to work and support within a team

• Attention to detail
