MAISON G&G , our company, is owning several brands of spirits and Champagne and we work with an international network trough Europe and the world as exclusive importer to promote and distribute our premium brands .
Poste et missions:
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
- Serves customers by selling spirits products
- Represents brand by holding masterclasses
- Meets customer needs
- Supports on trade shows and fairs
POSITION IN ORGANISATION
Reports To Maison G&G and our importer in Germany
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Build the brand through masterclasses as well as through fairs and trade show representations
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback 
Profil:
- Very good German language knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated, independent working and target driven
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent desired but open for lateral entrants
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills, ideally in German and English
- Ability to present products in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the audience
- Optimally experiences in beverage or similar business in gastronomy
- Optimally at least base knowledge about drinks and/or spirits
- Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours from time to time
- Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members
- Driver’s licence
