Job Description:

M&J Acquisitions are looking to recruit a mature, responsible and self-motivated person for a lead generator role. Sales experience is crucial, whether it is telesales or not. Full and paid training will be provided.

This position requires someone bubbly, confident and thick-skinned, with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be part of a fun and energetic sales team, working Monday to Friday, 10-5 after training.

It is essential that the applicant has a clear, precise and professional telephone manner. The position is target driven, and you get paid commission on top of the basic wage of £8.33 p/h.

After successful probation, salary increases to £10.50 p/h + commissions.

Qualities required:

• Punctual
• Must have sales experience, industry experience is not vital
• Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Self -motivated
• Able to work towards targets
• Must be IT literate
• Must be able to work effectively independently
