As Stock Supervisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring back of house efficiency, striving to constantly improve stock operations. You will ensure smooth work flows to enable the store team to maximize the time spent with Clients and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.
You will be a role model to the team, and support your Manager in operational duties. You will proactively look for ways to better serve Clients going the extra mile to improve efficiency in order to achieve individual and team goals.

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Duties and responsibilities are adapted according to local store specificities and can encompass:
 
Stock Management:
To carry out stock control responsibilities in an exemplary manner, a leading role in term of store service.
To contribute to achieving and maintaining a positive team spirit, keeping team motivated to achieve targets.
To maintain strong communication with both team and management , contributing to the sharing of information, processes initiatives  and ideas.
Improve product availability for the Client, interacting with Supply Chain
Plan and execute inventory counts, managing all stock movements and administration
Support the stock manager by leading the team and driving the identified business priorities while also ensuring complete support is given to all colleagues in order to optimise the client experience.
 
Audit and Maintenance:
Monitor store maintenance liaising with Management to arrange repairs to ensure a perfect environment
Maintain store supplies by requesting replenishments where necessary
Follow Internal Audit guidelines and company's policies and procedures.
  
Be a Role Model to the Team:
Coordinate the orientation for new joiners
Train new staff on stock and inventory
Proactively manage the daily planning of the stock team ensuring the store has sufficient support especially during peak periods
Review monthly KPI's, identify and highlight success stories for the team while also actioning any improvement areas in a timely and effective manner.
Take part in the recruitment and development of team members.
Coaching, appraisal, motivation and training of Stock Associates
- making sure that the team are regularly trained on all areas of their job
 Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for KPIs and support the team in their KPIs.
To contribute to the smooth daily running of the stock room in conjunction with management including:
Coordinating daily routine tasks
Monitoring transfers, deliveries, replenishments and all stock movements
Running and following up regular rotative inventories
Promoting team productivity (e.g. sharing stock room tasks, ensuring coverage of the stock room)
Ensuring good product care and good stock organisation in order to optimise sales and to avoid stock losses (shop soiled) and discrepancies
Build daily planner / rotas
