PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To implement the UK&I annual training plan as directed by the Education Manager in order to grow sales and profit, increase market share and enhance Dior's brand image
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work alongside the Retail Manager and retail team within a designated region to deliver retail results in line with company expectations
- Complete the three month on-boarding process to ensure all new starters complete their 4 week induction programme and attend integration once they have passed their probation
- Follow up all integration training with a three week plan to ensure the DA is delivering all retail targets
- Deliver an education plan for the UK&I retail team which focuses on developing the selling and product knowledge skills of our Account Managers and Beauty Consultants
- Develop the technical and product knowledge of our Retail Teams through regular on counter coaching
- Be a Training Expert in Fragrance | Make Up | Skincare | DIOR in the UK&I, working alongside Marketing and Retail to ensure that all category objectives are met
- Deliver ad hoc tactical education modules as required by the retail team
- Deliver bespoke brand and product education programmes for the key retailers
- Delivery of Regional Training Workshops
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
· Experience in the creation and delivery of training
· Computer literate (MS Office and Power Point)
· High level of competence in presenting
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to inspire and motivate teams
· Independent and self-managing
· Adaptable in style (conscious of the needs of audience)
· Confident (in presenting and influencing at all levels)
· Able to travel regularly throughout London and UK if needed
