As a Celine Sales Consultant, you'll be the connector between our customers and our products. You'll showcase your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit as you manage the sales. You'll be responsible for creating a great Celine experience, and you'll help build a community of loyal Celine customers. In addition, you'll inspire your retail partners staff through your passion and excitement about Celine.
Responsibilities
> To welcome all our clients to the [Concession/Boutique] ensuring the client feels comfortable in the environment.
> To greet, serve and advise our clients giving the highest standard of customer service at all time.
> Develop long-lasting relationship with our customers through a personalized sales approach.
> Actively drive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends.
> Gather and collate the client's CRM details to maintain the relationship and build the client book, ensuring a personal follow-up with the client
> Ensure a knowledge of sales targets and [Concession/Boutique] performance on a daily and weekly basis
> Maintain the highest store standards of housekeeping and adhere to the visual merchandise guidelines promoting the Celine image
> Support control and management of stock in line with the Stock Room Manager's directions
> To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Education and Experience
> Significant sales and retail experience, high fashion environment preferably
> Engaging and confident presentation style
> Passion for fashion and sales
> A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client's needs and experience
> Understanding of Retail KPIs
> A fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage
