LVMH - Project Analyst (2-Year Contract)

The Project Analyst role has responsibilities in activities relating the Payroll Outsourcing and Wage Type Standardization Projects.
Support Payroll Outsourcing and Wage Type Standardization Projects:
- Documentation and analysis of current and future processes
- Perform analysis such as cost impact analysis, trend analysis
- Defining DFS requirements
- such as requirements for reporting, interfacing, call-centre
- Identification and mapping of information needs
- Drive data migration activities, such as extraction of data
- Participate in testing and parallel run
- User training
- Assist with project administration and control

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
- Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Management with 1-2 years relevant experience in payroll operations, especially for HK, Oceania (Australia & NZ) payroll                       
- Experience in Payroll BPO                                                                                             
- Experience in Payroll Migration Projects (in-house to outsource, vendor to vendor migrations)                         
- High level of Technical/System acumen                                                                         
- General knowledge of human resources information systems and processes                                                   
- Meticulous, strong analytical skills with ability to effectively manage complex data & data integrity issues             
- Results oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines                                                                                         
- Good planning and organizational skills
