The Personal Shopper will assist Personal Shoppers in daily operational tasks to help ensure excellent client experience, through efficient flow of product, follow up cadence, and overall support of the relationship.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide updates to Personal Shoppers on stock arrivals
- Prepare and book client appointments
- Follow up with any alterations and repairs
- Follow up on consignments and transfers with Stock Coordinator
- Sell to walk-ins and escalate any potential big clients to Personal Shoppers
- Liaise with U.S. HQ to book travel arrangements for Personal Shoppers

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Professional Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment, preferably luxury
- Demonstrate Givenchy values: Courage, Community, Authenticity

- Ability to multi-take and manage time effectively
- Aptitude in resolving issues or concerns with a client-focused mentality
