PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support the HR team in the day to day running of the department, ensuring all HR data is accurate and providing administrative support for the Head Office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Manage the recruitment process for Head Office Interns and support the interview process alongside Line Managers
- Prepare announcement for new starters and liaise with line manager for approval before sending out on joiners first day
- Post positions all on TalentLink
- Prepare and distribute Weekly Vacancy updates
- Arrange interviews and support the coordination of assessment centres
- Maintain LVMH Talent, Org Charts and Induction Starter Packs 
- New Starter Inductions 
Administration
- Prepare reference requests 
- Keep accurate records of all holidays and sickness
- Ensure that all Head Office Personal Files are kept up to date
- Collate and distribute the weekly HR team itinerary
- Raise Purchase Orders and ensure the processing of invoices for the HR department, liaising with Accounts
Other
- Act as a point of contact for Head Office team members, ensuring queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Coordination of the Head Office induction days with Recruitment & Development Advisor
- Support the induction process and life-cycle for interns
- Support Adhoc projects within the HR team
- Manage Intern Breakfasts
