Flagship Store Manager
Oxford Street, London

Responsible to run our new innovative store concept in the heart of the city, you will contribute to revolutionize brand's retail approach. Acting as a brand ambassador in your market, your main duties are
- Achieving and exceeding business goals through disruptive sales strategies
- Actively develop the customers base through CRM activities, events and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Collect and share internally the feedback from clients with regards to our new selling approach and refine the concept      
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunity and raise brand image
- Ensure proper inventory mix and stock availability to market the needs of the store location and clientele
- Motivate, coach and train the team in enhancing clients shopping experience in the store
- Building a collaborative and conducive working environment for the store team
- Managing all daily retail duties relating to store operation including management reporting on financials and sales performance

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
- Holder of a bachelor's degree, a first-class experience in sales or in entrepreneurship is required
- Good understanding of the luxury industry and ideally basic knowledge about watches
- Passionate about new technologies, social media, lifestyle and sports
- Excellent level of English and ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment
- Commercially astute attitude with entrepreneurial spirit and well-connected within local networks
- Adapt easily to changes and bring up new ideas and solutions
- Leaderships skills with the strong ability to influence and develop a passionate team
- Commitment to driving client loyalty through exceptional customer service standards
- Outstanding communication skills and visual merchandising flare
