Mission
> To deliver the brand vision at store level.
> To follow up implementation of training guidelines in our key doors in London and the south of the UK.
> To develop the technical and product knowledge of our counter teams and store employed consultants through instore coaching and leading by example in the sales environment.
> To assist in the delivery of retail sales targets in our key doors.
> Act as a brand ambassador and ensure effective communication of brand values.
> To support our retail teams in agreed new doors and drive business in key Space NK doors.
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Main Responsibilities
Sell-through, Training & Events
> To develop product knowledge and technical skills in all Acqua di Parma Beauty Consultants instore in key doors, in line with Acqua di Parma brand vision, marketing plan and training guidelines.
> Follow up areas of development in store following Mystery Shopping for the UK & Ireland.
> Support the Training Manager at the bi-annual and Christmas Beauty Consultant training sessions.
> Motivate and empower beauty consultants to increase sales by using Acqua di Parma selling techniques and building brand awareness in store.
> Where applicable, assist the sales team in the successful implementation and achievement of targets of instore site activity and events.
> In partnership with the Area Managers, evaluate key focus areas by store/individual and complete regular observation, coaching and feedback in store.
> To support temporary staffing with training and motivation in key stores where applicable.
Sales Management
> Ensure store management and store employed beauty consultants are fully aware of the marketing plan and maximise new launches/events at store level while respecting the Acqua di Parma brand values.
> Conduct store visit reports and feedback on an on-going basis.
Relationships
> Develop and maintain strong relationships with Acqua di Parma Beauty Consultants, store-employed consultants and key store management.
> Develop and maintain strong relationships with Acqua di Parma Area Managers.
> Develop and maintain strong relationships with all relevant internal team members
- including Acqua di Parma Head Office and SSC functions.
