We are looking for young, motivated, curious and enterprising talents to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.
As Customer Care Specialist, you will join the Customer Service Team and support your collegues in the following activities:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
