What are you going to do
Job Introduction
LHL provides property development, renovations, management and luxury interior design services. This is an exciting time for an enthusiastic individual to learn many valuable aspects of the property industry.
We are recruiting 2 intern Team Assistants to support the founder of the business. They will provide:
Diary management
Email management
Act as the first point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The job will include management of various social media platforms
Assistance on projects & event management.
Update data on to CRM system (Podio)
Main Responsibilities
As a skilled Team Assistant, you'll have excellent:
Diary management experience together with strong IT skills.
You'll be calm under pressure, organised and focused and have an - excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills
Discretion when handling personal data
You'll also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
An interest in property development, interior design as well as a sound appreciation of, or a willingness to learn organised approach to help implement management structures.
Additional responsibilities will include
Emailing existing clients, collation and preparation of documents, printing, coordinating office storage, coordinating team IT requests, assisting with projects and marketing projects.

This role will be suited to a student looking to gain some office experience.
This should be for someone that can demonstrate that they have good organisational skills can manage multiple inboxes, including reviewing emails and flagging those that need immediate attention.The candidates will be responsible for organising resources and & setting up meetings with multiple stakeholders.
