Gallery Assistant Internship

Job description

Luminaire Arts are looking for an intern one day a week to help out in a gallery and arts consultancy, based in Belgravia. We will pay travel and lunch expenses – this would ideally suit an arts student who is looking to gain some experience in the gallery world.

The role will be primarily helping out in the gallery space – hanging and organising works. There will also be some other tasks such as helping out with the social media, and some design work. We are ideally looking for someone who has some graphic design experience as you may be required to design some promotional materials.

There will be some lifting of heavy sculptures and paintings required so please bear this in mind!

We will be holding interviews the week commencing 21st November.

Desired profile

Ideally you will be studying a BA in an arts related subject.
