You will be learning both technical and practical situations (bookings, invoicing, enquiries, etc.) and will liaise with landlords, tenants, language schools and other agents in respect to our portfolio.
Some of the tasks will include:
Properties/ residences: creating property files, property information sheets, adding/updating properties on London Nest website.
Processing invoices – new bookings (schools & direct enquiries)
Updating spread sheets and reporting
Simple tasks like printing, filing, scanning etc.
Dealing with customers/ partners:
Assisting with e-mails, enquiries. Dealing with customers and taking the enquiry to the stage of prospect to booking.
Undertake accompanied property viewings.
Liaise with agents and referrals companies.
Developing marketing to ensure the increase of enquiries.
Create support promote London Nest services in UK and abroad.
Sales & Lettings:
Assist in the sales and lettings of rooms (expanding the abroad market).
Competitor market research.
Advertising properties on website, and on external sites.
Assisting the London Nest Team with the Sales & Marketing development:
- Converting enquiries into potential bookings
- Dealing with customers
- Making viewings, creating invoices and contract.
- Getting trained on admin and sales side
- Create property information pdf’s / marketing material
Assisting the London Nest team with the marketing and communication development:
- Update social media and blog
- Emailing campaign to partners, customers
Assisting the London Nest Team with the admin tasks:
- Weekly, monthly reporting
- Availability list
