The Company
LCA ltd is a rapidly expanding company which manages a growing number of homes in London. We specialise in providing luxury homes for young professionals.
The Role Purpose
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, creative and savvy Social Media Student to make their mark in an exciting and rapidly growing environment. The key function of the role will be to assist the Social Media Manager in the day-to-day activities of the company's social media sites across a number of its key brands. This includes working closely with the expanding Marketing and Creative team to create engaging, brand-focused content and to seek out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

Main duties expected of you:
to manage company social media channels
to manage customer engagement, including responding to posts and customer queries
to create dynamic content for social media
to create content that promotes audiences interaction and grows our social media and online community
to form and manage relationships with influencers online and across social media
to provide regular performance reports and updates
propose new ideas and concepts for social media content, including the development of campaigns
Create weekly and monthly reports from software such as Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Business Manager as well Google Analytics and communicate these insights.

The skills required and you’ll be able to improve:
Social Media Savvy
Experience using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Hootsuite etc
Demonstrable passion for SEO and knowledge of current content optimisation techniques
Experience building adverts on social channels and understand the different ad types available to each channel
Can demonstrate the ability to stay positive under pressure and stay focused on goals.
Able to write compelling and knowledgeable content on a variety of subject matters
An interest in events
Fluent in English + another language is a bonus
