LCLE was founded by international lawyers with business backgrounds in communications and education to provide a hub for experts in the field of international legal communication. Our company comprises world-renowned practitioners, both barristers and solicitors, from international legal backgrounds. Our areas of practice are Legal English, Continuing Professional Development for legal practitioners, Contract Writing, International Arbitration, Energy and dispute resolution.
Your main priority as an EA is to perform archiving and filing duties of all hard and digital documents relating to the company. You will be in charge of digital and traditional marketing management, the handling of social media, in addition to some archiving/filing and administrative responsibilities. You will be liaising with clients and professionals in the field of International Law and legal education.
The post is full-time 5 days a week: Monday 09:00-18:00 in our central London office. The applicant will need to be contactable out of hours in emergencies.
Required Experience and Skillset
Good EA skills, Academic background preferably with a postgraduate degree.
Specialist skills and prowess in marketing. A post graduate qualification is desirable. Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes. Strong IT skills: delivering and increasing traffic to the website through social media platforms such as Facebook Twitter Google LinkedIn, creating engaging content to be published through social media including blog posts, creation of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud; monitoring and maintenance of web activity. Outstanding organisational abilities. Strong market research skills
Fixed term contract with a view to transitioning to permanent contract, offering London Living wage with bonuses
