Due to our expansion, we are currently recruiting a Sales Executive Intern on to join our team in East London.
The candidate must be positive thinking and maintain an enthusiastic, organized, self-reliant, and self-starting approach to the job.
The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and telephone skills, be able to multi-task, and have good computer skills. As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle. You must be comfortable with making numerous outbound calls daily, meet with clients, attend viewings and close deals.
The main duties will be, but not limited:
Deal with requests and generate quotes and information packs for potential or existing clients.
Compile and update the professional network.
Generate supporting documents.
Develop new business.
Ad hoc duties.
Support Marketing & Customer Service team when necessary.
A self-starter, with creativity
High energy levels - upbeat & engaging, with a positive outlook
Natural organisational and prioritisation skills
High level of attention to detail
Professional phone manner
Ability to convince over the phone
Native in French
Spanish is a big plus
Internship period - From now until September.
The position is available for a 5-month minimum term contract, the selected candidate will be expected to work an average of 5 days per week, subject to working weekend’s if necessary. (very unlikely).
Shift: Roughly 8 hours a day, from 9am-6pm. Fridays closing at 4pm(with 30 min unpaid lunch).
As well as gaining an in-depth understanding of the property industry, learning the skills and attributes required to progress, we will also incentivise our best candidate with an uncapped ‘commission only’ structure of between £1000 - £12,000 per annum, this earning is dependent on motivation, efficiency and dedication.
We also provide free accommodation in one of our houses.
Potential contract at the end of the internship.
