Job description
As a Sales Representative M/F, based on the products offered, your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and understanding the market,
- Advising, understanding, and addressing client needs,
- Providing regular reports by updating the CRM to track your commercial activity (visit reports, market information, customer discounts and requests, etc.),
- Prospecting new clients and identifying emerging needs,
- Organizing your schedule and setting up appointments,
- Presenting and promoting the product catalog,
- Building and maintaining client loyalty,
- Reporting on field information (needs, issues, improvement suggestions, etc.),
- Managing the administrative follow-up for veterinary clients,
- Conducting competitive intelligence,
- Submitting expense reports in accordance with the set schedule,
- Adhering to procedures, best practices, and safety guidelines.
Desired profile
You have a technical and commercial higher education background or equivalent.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
You are known for your autonomy, adaptability, and organizational skills. Proactive and persuasive, you guide, advise, and rigorously manage your clients' projects with confidentiality. A strong communicator, you possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and synthesizing abilities.
Fluency in both Dutch and French is mandatory.
