Main Goal
As a Resources Planning Coordinator NL you will develop and analyze the R&D Operations NL end-to-end activities planning, actuals, budget and investments projects. You will implement planning practices to maximize our efficiency, reduce costs and enable flexibility. You will report to R&D Operations Lead NL.
Job description
Your Impact:
During your workday you prepare work plans and track expenses progress to meet the budget and maintain changes requests. You track investment plans (short and mid-term Capex) to execute on time and within budget. You coordinate R&D performance data, consolidate and analyze monthly reporting for all NL R&D activities costing and collaborate with your Israeli colleagues who do the same. In periodic progress meetings you monitor KPI's. You determine the amount of equipment, materials and manpower is needed to complete the production.
Profile
Your background:
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/Logistics or related field (M.Sc. preferred);
• At least 3-5 yrs experience as a Planning or PMO or a similar role (Agricultural sector preferred);
• Experienced in process design, process modelling, process improvement and developing budgets;
• You can easily communicate across all levels within the company and interface well in various stakeholder groups;
• Furthermore, you have strong project management and problem-solving skills and are easily adaptable to change;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English communication;
• Experience in an international organization is an advantage.
