Main Goal

Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department. Giving information and helping to solve customer problems. Taking orders from the clients and invoice them.
Be very closed to the Customer Service and Logistics Manager for supporting the activity: Deliveries (Inbound & Outbound flows); Inventory Management, Order Management & Invoicing.

Due to the high seasonality of the activity, flexibility in working time is important.

Job description

You are required to perform the tasks of the Limagrain Central Europe SE Romanian Branch Office, under the supervision of his/her direct superior. This includes - among other tasks:
• Providing help for the Limagrain Central Europe SE Romania Branch's domestic sales team distributing work in administrative way: receiving orders; recording; confirmation and preparing transfer dispositions; invoicing.
• Prepare and follow the inventory in the inventory system: ERP & Warehouse Management systems.
• Dealing with returning information and complaints from partners.
• Keep close relationship in every administrative case with Limagrain Central Europe SE Romanian Branch's contracted commercial, transporter and other supplier partners.
• Regular reports to Limagrain Central Europe SE Romanian Branch's assigned sales and business development managers about the development of orders, transfers, and invoices of products.
• Provides help for and cooperates with Limagrain Central Europe SE Romanian Branch's marketing director in administrative tasks (collects and organizes data, marketing and promotion tools/sales management, organization).
• Provides help for and cooperates with Limagrain Central Europe SE Romanian Branch's sales manager (collects data, communication with the sales team, prepares presentations and statements).
• Handles Limagrain database on producers and distributors under the supervision of the marketing director.
• Keep contact with the inventory management team in France


• English - elementary/ communication level.
• Customer Service experience 2 - 3 years.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
• Precise and accurate work.
• Good communication skill.
• Advantage: CRM or logistic experience.
• Advantage: working in an ERP experience.
