Promote business growth through introduction of innovative products and new business opportunities.
Perform field activities at several of Brazil's regions, analyzing, orienting producers, resellers and distributors as to the best placement (application) of Clause Brasil products.

Job description

• Participate in new projects issuing technical opinion.
• Perform process of field set ups and essays of up to 10 cultures following orientation from superiors.
• Provide support to the development team in the specific highest operation culture.
• Participate in studies for introduction of new products.
• Elaborate the New Product Descriptive, following work instructions.
• Present technique in international meetings and events after approval of superiors.
• Perform technical presentation of products at company events.
• Provide a link between research, marketing and sales to evaluate and identify new products that will meet the needs of the target customers.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the competitor's key products.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the changing market trends and customer needs to effectively identify new products that will meet their needs, and will give HM.CLAUSE a competitive advantage in the market.
• Zeal and preserve material resources allocated to the professional by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of his/her responsibilities.

• Knowledge of best resources, machines and equipment for best production capability for company products.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrate Business vision: high dominance over national and international agribusiness market.
• Ability to be determined and persistent focusing in results.
• Ability to quickly decide to the benefit of the company, and not, singly per activity area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
