As a Demand Generation Executive, you will benefit from driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the Lightspeed’ sales team. You will partner with our Business Development reps, Sales Engineers and Sales Manager to identify opportunities. Target clients will largely consist of -- but will not be limited to -- small and mid-sized businesses in the Ecommerce, Retail and Hospitality/Food service industry. This role is an inside sales position working in our London office located near Borough market and requires ZERO travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

Identify new business, mainly through telephone and email communication, by get in touch with prospects and introducing Lightspeed service
Encourage all inbound leads through to qualification for Lightspeed inside sales team
Identify customer needs to comprehend if Lightspeed service would be a good fit
Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats and referrals at a given time
Manage existing customer database using Salesforce, to ensure all communications are logged and identified
Take advantage of up-sell opportunities with existing customer database and manage renewals
Cooperate with the Demand Generation Manager to develop new strategies to grow sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Handle further duties and responsibilities as defined by management

Seeked profile

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or any related fields
Excellent oral and written communication skills on different channels (phone, e-mail…) as well as excellent listening skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity targets
Ability to succeed in a competitive, result- oriented environment
Passion for people and technology
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of Mac OS X and iOS
Knowledge of other languages is a plus
Experience with Salesforce.com
Retail experience
