Responsibilities

Support of the General Manager Sales and team
Preparation and follow up of quotations and tenders in collaboration with the Liebherr factories worldwide
Communication in French, English and German
Checking contracts from both the legal and commercial perspectives
Collaboration with banks regarding drawing up and monitoring of bank guarantees
Monitoring of credit lines, calls of outstanding payments
Prepare statistical evaluations for internal and external presentations
Organising exhibitions, factory- and client visits worldwide
Organize business trips
Collect market information

Profile

Successfully completed commercial education or further education completed with university or university of applied sciences degree
Previous work experience in a distribution company
Business fluent in spoken and written German, English and French
Strong IT skills (MS-Office) is essential
Independent and systematic way of working
Flexible, great communication skills, commitment and efforts
Distinctive customer and service orientation, organisational skills and “last but not least” technical interest.
Self-driven and precise working attitude
