Job description

The Procurement department is responsible for managing goods and services in support of our stores and warehouses so that they can carry out their operational functions. We require a strong Officer who is able to assist Project Managers to carry out their daily functions. The department are looking for a strong candidate with experience in Product Information Management (PIM) systems and / or internal ProShop catalogue experience.

What will you do?

·  Acting as first line of contact for regional ProShop queries and support
·  Coordinating and overseeing ProShop related projects
·  Conducting Head Office-based and regional ProShop training events
·  Administering and processing international ProShop memos
·  Maintaining and releasing National memos
·  Reviewing and updating ProShop system internal documentation and procedures
·  Attending International ProShop training and workshop sessions
·  Liaising with ProShop International 2nd and 3rd level support
·  Acting as the main interface between UK and International for ProShop related topics
·  Creating and issuing weekly ProShop related reports
·  Raising invoices and purchase orders

What will you need?

·  Experience working with ProShop (a Production Information System) and/ or Catalogue experience
·  Willingness to travel to conduct annual training sessions in all 13 UK regions
·  Full UK Driving license would be beneficial
·  Prepared to take on ad hoc projects as the need arises
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
·  Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
·  A confident communicator able to work in a fast paced demanding environment
·  The ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines
·  A high degree of flexibility
·  Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving the highest results
·  Genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
·  German language is desirable, not essential
·  Strong analytical and numeracy skills

·  £30,000 - £36,540 per annum (subject to experience)
