Job description

Our Recruitment department is looking for a Recruitment Officer with knowledge of candidate sourcing to join their busy team. You will be responsible for supporting the Head Office Recruitment Consultants with telephone interviewing candidates for roles across various departments, organising interviews and ad hoc administration duties. This is an extremely fast paced role where you'll be able to continue to strengthen your Administration skills and build on your resourcing experience and develop your recruitment skills in a supportive team.

What will you do?

·  Working with Head Office Recruiters to take briefs on vacant positions and agree a sourcing strategy and timelines
·  Creating pipelines and engaging with candidates, providing regular communication and updates
·  Attracting, sourcing and engaging German speaking talent pools
·  Supporting with advertising roles on job boards and other attraction methods
·  Screening CVs through our ATS (SAP e-Recruiting) and feeding back to candidates in a timely manner
·  Conducting first stage phone interviews, collating notes and shortlisting for the Recruiters
·  Researching the market and keeping on top of industry news and trends
·  Coming up with new innovative ideas for attracting and finding the best candidates
·  Supporting with project work engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
·  Providing ad hoc administrative support for the Recruitment team, including interview scheduling and monitoring inboxes

What will you need?

·  German language skills essential
·  Strong Administration skills essential
·  Experience working in a resourcing role with an understanding of active sourcing and engaging with passive candidates (ideally in-house)
·  Use of LinkedIn as a tool to source talent is an advantage
·  Experience telephone interviewing candidates and the ability to assess their suitability for different positions
·  Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high pressured environment
·  Experience working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
·  Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise your workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role
·  Strong communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships with candidates and the wider business
·  A genuine passion for recruitment and matching the right skills to the right role
·  Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary
·  Experience using social media for recruitment would be beneficial

·  £23,000 - £36,000 per annum (subject to experience)
·  An additional 10% of your annual salary as a non-contractual London Weighting benefit
