Marketing Internship with free accommodation

Job description

We are currently searching for a Sales & Marketing Intern to support our small team in our office in Victoria.

LHA London has been providing high quality accommodation in London since 1940 and now have thirteen large hostels providing affordable accommodation for nearly 2000 people in the capital. Our residents are young, single people studying or working in London, and live with LHA either to undertake educational courses, or if working, to give themselves time to familiarise with London, to make friends and to decide whether or not to make more private and long term arrangements for housing. Responsibilities will include:
• Daily website updates
• Production of sales & marketing reports
• Involvement in online marketing campaigns
• Production of internal newsletters
• Creating engaging content for blogs
• Branding of hostels
• Support in the day to day running of the department

Desired profile

Requirements & essential attributes:
• A student studying a degree in marketing or with a demonstrable interest in marketing
• Strong attention to detail and desire to learn with a professional mind set
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English
• Excellent time keeping skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met
• Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude

Further details:
Dates: 1st August – 29th September (Dates slightly negotiable)
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday
Expenses: Internship will be unpaid however work travel expenses will be covered and accommodation will be provided in a private room in one of our hostels.
