Purpose & Overview

Individual contributor that designs and builds integration solution in support of Retail and Omni Channel Application towards the goals of delivering right information at the right place at the right time.

 

Experience

·  Minimum two years of SAP Basis experience in an international and complex SAP environment
·  At least one full life cycle implementation
·  Experience in build, run and maintain of a big SAP landscape
·  Good communication skills to ensure the coordination within the global SAP Tech Team
·  Good knowledge of actual SAP technologies (NetWeaver, Fiori, BOBJ, CAR, SLT) and procedures (Solution Manager)
·  Good UNIX and Oracle Database knowledge
·  Ability to work in a global environment (cultural awareness) and have experience working with a US-based company
·  Proficient at technical documentation
·  Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
·  Typically, no direct reports. May manage projects.

Skill Level

·  SAP System Administrator to maintain the system's health
·  Monitor system performance and logs
·  Experience in HANA Administration
·  Knowledge on TREX, Content server and MAX DB,
·  Knowledge on CAR, BOBJ, SLT and Fiori systems
·  Solution manager technical monitoring setup, Business monitoring setup (BPM)
·  Extensive knowledge on the Archiving with SARA
·  Monitor system performance and logs
·  Perform SAP Installations and upgrades
·  Apply SAP Notes and SPS / EHP's
·  Apply Oracle Patches / Hotfixes
·  SAP Administrator to transport changes between systems
·  SAP Spool Management / SAP Output Management
·  SAP Batch Scheduler management of batch jobs
·  Maintain the database health's and integrity
·  Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast query responses to front-end users
·  Provides advanced problem-solving and technical support
·  Trouble shoots and provides root cause analysis
·  Identifies proactive ways to improve and/or simplify technical solutions
·  Interacts with user base
·  Participates in on-call support
