Job description



· Responsible for managing all samples for PINK Merchandising
· Manage and track all samples within the Sample Library
· Ensure cross-functional communication between merchandising, visual merchandising, marketing and PR teams to stay knowledgeable of location/accuracy of samples
· Hang and organize all samples to adhere to the Sample Library standards
· Ensure product is readily available on racks throughout the product development and creative process for cross-functional partners to view the customer experience
· Participate in sample management process including sample pass-offs for various visual, merchandising, creative, and business meetings
· Partner with merchandising operations leadership, product development and visual merchandising teams on continuous process, tools and communication flow improvements for sampling requests, tracking status and sample movement


· Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
· 1-3 years of related work experience in internship positions or customer service roles that relate to the areas of merchandising, retail sales or related field experience
· Strong understanding of retail operations
· Knowledge of PINK product assortment preferred
· Ability to manage conflict and problem-solve
· Strong communication, follow-up, attention to detail and organization skills
· Ability to communicate with people in various business levels
· Demonstrates ability to follow through on projects in a timely and efficient manner
· Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
· Demonstrates ability to display cohesive product story utilizing display grids, boards and product selects
· Ability to stretch, bend and lift moderate weight, stand for long periods of time and climb ladders as necessary
· Systems and computer savvy (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, FlexPLM)
