Sr. Maintenance Technician

L Brands Facilities Services team supports material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance to more than six million square feet of distribution space across our three campuses in Central Ohio. We have sophisticated material handling conveyors and state-of the art sortation systems that are constantly evaluated and upgraded to keep our 24/7 business productive and competitive. We have a variety of shifts available, and the opportunity to support our existing operations, as well as a new state of the art digital fulfillment operation that will open in August 2020.

Key Duties:
The Senior Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities which may include material handling systems, conveyors, electrical systems, buildings, lighting, and plumbing in any of the distribution centers. Assigned areas may include material handling systems, conveyors, electrical systems, buildings, lighting, and plumbing in any of the distribution centers. Directs team activities including: setting daily priorities, training other technicians, and coordinating projects with vendors. Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• Intermediate knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques
• 5-7 years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial environment
• Possession of a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED), Technical school or training desired. Computer literate
• Able to lift 70 pounds
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening
• Technical school or training desired.
• Must be computer literate.
