JOB TITLE: Associate Project Planner
DEPARTMENT:
Commercialization Services Group
REPORTS TO:
Project Manager or Manager, Commercialization
OVERVIEW:
Individual contributor position responsible for supporting the end to end activities for Global Commercialization process through status reporting, coordinating operations of projects, as well as ensuring accurate and timely deliverables. Supports Project Leaders with weekly Commercialization meetings, communication with cross-functional partners, and coordinates new project set up in the system with Data Analysts.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Project Data Management
· New project creation in system utilizing external resources to complete this work
· Responsible for communicating/ supporting article set up in system
· Responsible for communicating/ supporting commercialization data maintenance and
management
· Provide proactive/action oriented reports, meetings recaps and meeting notes
· Support multiple Project Leaders / Project Planners
· Support Weekly Commercialization meetings and connect with cross functional partners on
milestone completion.
Commercialization Process
· Supports end-to-end Global Commercialization process
· Applies Global Commercialization Process to additional projects with support from Project
Leaders and Project Planners
· Communicates timely with cross functional partners, Project Leaders and Projects Planners.
· Maintains meeting distribution lists to support timely cross functional communication
Thought Partner to Project Leaders and Planners
· Identify, analyze and resolve issues such as delays, missing information and
inaccurate information in our systems
· When issues arise, provide alternatives to Project Leaders and Project Planners
· Resolves issues with cross-functional team
· Ability to execute recommendations from Project Leaders and Project Planners (i.e. – apply
attributes from one project to other projects)

ON TIME = 95%
ON COST = +- 5% of Target

ON SPEC / ON QUALITY
· Meet pre-determined Brand Standard
Development Metrics
· 95% On Time for Critical path milestones to support On Time Launches
· Support On Time and On Cost performance through accurate data set up
· Drive BOM completion process for Project Leaders and Project Planners
Speed & Agility
· Understand and support change
· 48 hour turn around for project set up and communication
· Timely meeting recaps within 24 hours
System Accuracy & Reporting
· Provide weekly reporting to support global commercialization process
· Support annual project portfolio report creation
· Support Creation of new reports/methods and utilize reports to drive speed and accuracy in the
business.
Talent Management
· Creation and ownership of objectives and development plan
· Attend training classes as appropriate
· Support AOS initiatives
· Attend onboarding training
· Train cross functional partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 0-2 years of experience, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Product industry or in project management.
· Detailed SAP and C-Projects understanding
· MS Office and Advanced MS Excel skills
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
