POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The Associate Digital Coordinator is responsible for managing content, schedules, site updates, media code launches, achieving seasonal merchandizing strategy and tactical activities required to maintain regular and clearance sections of the website. This includes home, landing and product pages and marketing offers/programs. Deliverables from cross-functional teams: Copy, Digital Merchandizing and Web Operations – to be uploaded into the Content Management System, QA, fix and deploy approved daily and site launch creatives. Owns the final sign-off on site updates and is responsible for ensuring the quality of the customer experience within shopping areas of the site. The coordinator may be required to work exclusively on a five day work week which includes weekends.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

·  Executes daily updates and launches on Victoriassecret.com – Includes distributions, managing deliverables from merchants, marketing and creative partners and setting up the content for launch in the CMS, proofing and issue resolution. Editing site pages content according to the formatting rules to enable optimal shopping/brand experience for the customers. This entails editing copy, verifying copy accuracy, ensuring appropriate cross-sells are set up, setting up brands, ensuring images and swatches meet our quality standards, etc.
·  Tests functionality to ensure that applications, features, links and other site functions are technically performing as designed.
·  Evaluate exception reporting to identify trends or possible website issues that will need further testing
·  Execute testing for enterprise projects to include integration, user acceptance, system, and regression testing
·  Owns QA/proofing for the content setup for daily site updates and launches.
·  Execute each internet site based on merchant’s assortment plans, build product pages in the CMS by following the merchant’s directions, proofing of the products set up, and to work closely with the category planner to make sure the information in the Mainframe tool matches the information in the CMS.
·  Communicate regularly with teammates to keep all informed to ensure consistency of approach across shopping categories and performing as designed.
·  Documentation of pre-launch and post-launch issues, working through to resolution. Fix errors on live site and make mid-window updates based on business needs. Actively participate in launch hindsight meetings and document meeting notes as needed.
·  Serve as administrator for issues submitted in RITA (Online issue tracker), liaison between IT and other cross functional teams to help communicate and resolve issues.
·  Coordinates tasks and schedules and effectively communicates across departments to define scope of work/expectations and ensure deadlines for deliverables are met.
·  Maintain a state-of-the-art online customer experience, identifying process improvements, supporting special projects and working with multiple teams to execute the business vision.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION :

·  Bachelor’s degree or with less than 18 months of  relevant experience required
·  Understanding of Web Content Management is desirable
·  Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
·  Ability to work quickly and accurately in fast paced environment
·  Ability to prioritize, manage time and meet aggressive deadlines
·  Quick, clear verbal and written communication skills
·  Ability to collaborate up, down and across the organization
·  Highly motivated and detail oriented; Commitment to quality; Open to learning
·  Ability to work during off-business hours to support project deadlines.
