Job description



Individual Contributor responsible for utilizing CAD tools to develop and color prints and raw materials from Concept through to Pre-Production.  Takes direction from Print Stylists; collaborating on print direction to deliver computer-aided illustrations that tie back to the seasonal concept.   Executes cutting edge color and print stories that position the VS Brand at the front of fashion.  Able to react to changing marketplace and overall design direction with speed and agility.  Demonstrates a passion for the brand, inspires individuals, and relies on experience to plan and accomplish goals.  Takes direction under moderate supervision.



·  Partner with Design team to color up and pass off any novelty raw materials that are two or more colors
·  Create computer-aided print assortment according to seasonal concept and fabric program
·  Deliver brand-right color and print that drives a compelling product assortment
·  Support and execute print design from Concept through to final repeat for production
·  Leverage resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally, and maintain customer and fashion trend awareness
·  Assist team with coordinating and delivering presentation artwork
·  Maintain an organized system on CAD server for quick retrieval of information and archival of prints
·  Achieve set goals with acute attention-to-detail, tracking progress & anticipating potential issues
·  Pursue/embrace opportunities to personally grow and develop skills/competencies
·  Build and maintain effective relations with internal/external partners
·  Seek to improve process in order to deliver efficiently with speed/agility
·  Ensure deliverables meet budget and time commitments, identifying efficiencies without compromising design excellence


·  Exceptional color and print sensibility, with an eye for fashion and detail
·  Demonstrated ability to deliver commercially viable color and print stories in a fast-paced environment
·  Knowledge of fabric printing, print techniques and repeat layouts
·  Highly motivated, passionate and results oriented
·  Excellent prioritization, detailed oriented and time management skills
·  Solid communication and interpersonal skills

·  Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Textile Design or equivalent experience
·  1-2 years of Color & Print experience in a comparable retail environment
·  Proficient in Illustrator
Basic knowledge of Nedgraphics + Photoshop preferred
