Description

Primary focus on the
technical aspects of multiple enterprise applications or technical areas,
including system configuration, process and code analysis, and development.
Demonstrates subject matter expertise in at least two applications or technical
disciplines. Knowledgeable in the technology supporting multiple business
functions. Serves as technical lead for application or system work streams
within a technology project. May have multiple projects simultaneously. Leads
project segments for small to mid-size projects, including cutover planning,
performance or UAT testing. Follow and direct maintenance and operational
support activities, including on-call support. Assist end users and team
members in identification and resolution of issues leveraging technical
expertise and product knowledge. Research or triage new, uncommon, or complex,
problems. Research potential changes; analyze options and implement selected
items. Audit results for Efficiency, improved quality, or speed. Partner with
functional analyst or business teams throughout the process.  Create content or author technical
documentation as required for the project. Participate in project and test
planning perform analysis or code review. Support translation of functional
requirement into technical design and other deliverables. Facilitate work with
functional and QA partners and overall technical team. Actively participate or
lead project meetings, prepare agenda, objectives, and facilitate. Drive effective
communication with a variety of groups, including cross functional provide
detailed status updates to designated PM. Identifies, assigns, and completes
deliverables by phase, iteration, or sprint. Utilizes varies SDLC methodologies
to drive delivery of assigned work. Validates deliverables for appropriateness
with methodology. Ensure delivery of all project actives as needed, in
partnership with PM and leads. Schedule meetings, manage participants, organize
deliverables, etc.  Facilitate project or
program status communication and reporting for areas of work assigned in
partnership with the pm and leads. Enable all interested parties understanding
of current status, opportunities, risks and issues. Identify and engage
impacted teams and functions as needed to delivery assigned enhancement or
small to mid-size projects. Facilitate vendor engagement to support areas of
assignment. Maximize work delivery through utilization of established vendor
process, effective escalation, issue and risk mgt. Coordination includes,
estimation, scheduling, and issue and request mgt. Actively participates and
provides content supporting contract review. Support test environment setup in
partnership with TCOE, QA or other leads or vendor contacts. Support
preparation of project instances including setup of test data, technical
configuration, code migration, security and connectivity. Create technical
design, configuration, and final scope statement deliverables for enhancements
or projects.  Lead review sessions with
user groups and cross functional teams. Align technical requirements with
functional design. Utilize and refine design principles established for
applications to ensure end product delivered has the requested business
function. Summarize material and contribute for presentations on options or recommendations.
For some efforts present and articulate benefits, challenges, and capabilities
of a design. Prepare test scenarios for TUT/FIT/UAT phases. In partnership with
TCOE, map scenarios to both functional requirements and design. Ensure
supporting data sets are identified and validated. Document impacts to
adjoining systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology and 5 years experience required including 3

years’ experience with ECLIPSE; 3 years’ experience with JUNIT; 3 years’ experience with JSP; 3 years’

experience with HTML; and 3 years’ experience with XML.
