Who is the Customer Success Manager ? One of the key asset of the Operation Team, Customer Success Manager is in touch with users : you will manage the activity of this company !
Many fields :
- Be the first point of contact for passengers through our Chat, Phone and Email support
- Match Passengers with Pilots, help passenger to find the perfect flight
- Improve passenger UX by collecting feedbacks and work with the dev team
- Build a strong CRM to manage the activity
Other missions of the Customer Success Manager :
- Work with Customer Success Manager UK and DE to set up common strategies
- Work with the Pilot Manager and marketing team.
- Work on marketing campaigns for passengers : emailings, newsletter etc.
Profil recherché
- Good communication skills : very good written, comfortable on phone
- Curious and autonomous
- Native French
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Strong interest in the start-up world
- Multitasker, motivated, ability to work well alone and with others
