Job description

Key Job Accountabilities

Manage the Sales and Operations Planning process (S&OP) to ensure the availability of products to clients. Provide the right level of service and stocks optimization to contribute to Supply Chain performance.

·         Analyze and consolidate demand and stock parameters of subsidiaries (countries)

·         Ensure the framing of demand (consistency, historical base)

·         Analyze monthly/ weekly demand variation needs and define the priorities for the production plan with factory

·         Ensure consistency of factory’s production plan according to demand and make recommendations in case of inconsistency. Confirm MAD (shipment) plan.

·         Challenge factory on their capacity to integrate market constraints (batch and run sizes, management of shortage, safety stock planning)

·         Communicate updated information on supply chain stocks and service update (possible slow movers, fulfillment rate) to subsidiaries

·         Manage catalogue and contribute to its rationalization

·         Build next year’s budget in units for catalogue responsible for in cooperation with Brand business and controlling.

·         Manage stock parameters on the whole Supply Chain, ensuring End to End optimization

·         Propose allocations among subsidiaries on available quantities in case of shortages to Brand Business team for validation

·         Follow up and analyze performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement to ensure achievement of targets

·         Coordinate launches with all key actors and provide update (pre and post launch)

Preferred Qualification

·         With background on Country Demand/Supply Planning

·         With knowledge on methods and processes of supply planning

·         Business level of English

·         Advanced level Japanese
